Step one is to consult on and agree your car park’s rules, and to produce and install clear T&Cs signage at your site. Next we’ll train your team on the use of SmartPark and from that day on, our support team will always be just a call away if you need them. Your side is simple, take a few photos of the vehicle, let us know what rules they’ve breached and their number plate, and we’ll do the rest – manually reviewing each upload for legal viability before gathering the owner’s details from the DVLA database then posting out a parking charge notice to them. And, for all this we charge you absolutely nothing.
